Founded by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Mary in 1923, Marymount High School for girls is now one of the leaders in educational technology, incorporating the STEAM program, as the institution believes that students should excel in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math. Besides this, Marymount allows its students to develop a deeper global perspective and sincere appreciation of human society by utilizing the interconnectedness of different cultures, thoughts, languages, and values as a lens to analyze and understand the world around them, as promised by their Humanities Department, giving their students a well-rounded educational experience. They also boast a Makerspace, where students can freely expand their innovation, inventing and designing technology and art. Marymount High School admissions require the following:
1. Submitting an inquiry and completing an application on their website.
2. Family Interview.
3. Recommendations from the current Math and English teachers as well as from a School Administrator.
4. Current school transcript.
5. Writing assessment.
6. Character Skills Snapshot (optional).
With the nature of private schools to have fewer slots due to a significantly smaller ratio of students to teacher for more focus per student, competition is tough during admissions season. We help Asian American families with services such as writing prep, interview prep, and admissions consulting.
