What is the interview process for OPT applicants?

The interview process at Cardinal Education involves several stages. It often starts with a phone screening to discuss and confirm your qualifications and experience. If that goes well, we’ll invite you for a virtual or in-person interview with the hiring manager, where you’ll have the opportunity to meet some of our team members and learn more about the role and our company culture. The final stage may involve a meeting with the CEO, Mr. Allen Koh. We aim to make the interview process as comfortable and informative as possible so you can get a good sense of whether Cardinal Education is the right fit for you.
