5th & 6th Grade Applicants

• Online Application (via Ravenna Hub)
• Student Essay and Short Answer Responses
• Parent Statements
• School Transcripts (past three years, including current year)
• Standardized Test Scores (optional – MAP, ERB, SBA, ISEE, or SSAT)
• Two Teacher Evaluations
  • One from a current teacher
  • One from a previous teacher (or another academic instructor)
• School Visit (Half-day visit with class participation)
• Parent Interview (30-minute session with admissions staff)

7th & 8th Grade Applicants
