Does the Sierra Canyon School require standardized test results?

Sierra Canyon does not require standardized test results for all applicants. However, for students applying to the upper grades, specifically middle school (Grades 6-8) adn high school jj(Grades 9-12), the school accepts ISEE or SSAT results as optional submissions. While these scores are not mandatory, submitting strong results may enhance a student’s application.

For students in lower grades (Pre-K through Grade 5), the application process emphasizes developmental assessments and academic readiness evaluations instead of standardized tests. The school prioritizes a holistic approach, considering factors like teacher recommendations, report cards, and interviews. Families should contact the admissions office for specific grade-level requirements and timelines to ensure a complete application.
