The average per-hour salary of tutors in Los Altos Hills is $34.75 an hour, and that depends on the tutor’s expertise and experience. Due to rising costs of living, the salary from a single job might barely be enough to cover bills and leisure time. Professionals require a bachelor’s degree or higher from a nationally accredited university. We also need proficiency in the subject, and previous tutoring experience is optional but highly recommended.
For college students, we need someone with high-achieving marks, proficiency in the subject matter at the high school level, and with good character. We may also need a recommendation letter from one of your current professors.
We have tutor job openings for college students. We need our tutors to have great grades, good reputations, and good English communication skills. While optional, it is also highly recommended if they have previous tutoring experience, but we can train.
