Inter-Office Work

Operations Team Members will dutifully and responsibly:

  • answer phones and take messages
  • conduct client intake and Customer Relationship Management calls
  • manage the company’s tutor-student assignments
  • schedule and coordinate events for team members
  • file and organize our library of educational materials
  • print, copy, and scan documents
  • take copious notes and dictations and type up memos, letters, emails
  • maintain an adequate level of office supplies and groceries
  • operate the company’s billing system
  • handle company financials
  • assist office personnel in their duties, maintain a clean office space, and coordinate lunch for employees

Operations Team Member should:

  • have a high interest in working with a small company of young professionals
  • be willing to work with, over, and under them
  • be able to do occasional repetitive manual tasks which require uninhibited physical ability (e.g., walking up and down stairs regularly, posting flyers, cleaning, lifting)
  • perform all duties in a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic manner
  • be unflinchingly trustworthy



Operations Team Member must have:

  • at least a high school diploma, a college degree is preferred
  • a valid driver’s license with insurance in good standing
  • Full-Time applicants must have the ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
  • Part-Time applicants must have the availability to work at least 20 hours per week
  • an exceptional method for organization
  • an impeccable memory
  • a minimum of 60 WPM typing speed
  • a smartphone capable of sending and receiving emails and texts


  • Some experience in sales, customer service, human resources, and/or office administration

    *A huge plus is at least one supervisor reference testifying as to your trustworthiness, particularly with regards to handling finances.


  • Operations Team Members must possess at least a high school diploma
  • College degree preferred

Operations Team Members must have:

  • proficiency with Quickbooks, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Skype, and other cloud-based services
